Lianne was taught to sing by Dierdre Thurlow, who was once a member of the Sadlers Wells Opera group in England.
(Lianne is not an opera singer, however, and just wanted to learn how to hold a tune...)

Not many professional singers out there would sing without the support of backup singers or musicians ..... I feel that in a lot of these tunes, her voice itself is "musical" (of course I may be biased! )
She sang her heart felt version of Amazing Grace to a most appreciative gathering at her nanna'a funeral and at Seans hospital bedside. (amongst other songs.)
